As a former partner at Holland & Knight LLP and in his practice at Shuham & Shuham, P.A., Marty has represented businesses nationwide in many industries including property development and management, commercial leasing, hospitality, technology, home building and development, construction, and contracting.

Caryl has practiced in the area of construction law for the past 35 years and is Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law. She has extensive and unique experience in preparing and negotiating construction contracts, as well as in all construction-related legal matters including risk allocation, payment and scope of work issues, insurance and bonding. Caryl has participated in the resolution of many large construction disputes whether through litigation, arbitration or other dispute resolution methods.
